Job Responsibilities
- Create a sales plan to generate revenue.
- Understand key customer individual need and addressing them.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Expand customer base by upselling and cross selling.
- Monitor & assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our client.
- Participate in one on one meetings with clients.
Skills And Experience
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or any related course with 1 – 3 years work experience.
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
- Ability to work well with a team.
Salary
- N60,000 – N70,000 monthly.
