Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Keeps customers informed about the current state of a delivery being made.
- Responsible for contacting customers to verify the delivery address.
- Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
- Ability to report all matters regarding assigned bike to his supervisor.
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider.
- Familiarity with Lagos routes.
- Ability to communicate, read and write.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Polite and able to get along with people.
- Must reside within Ogudu axis.
- 2 – 4 years Experience.
