We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer service representatives will be a client’s primary point of contact with the company.
  • The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • HND / NCE / OND
  • Experience: 1 – 2 years.

Salary

  • N35,000 monthly.
